Zylloo Consult is first of all a researching, consulting and various business agency. The Bureau offers a range of varied services to its clients. The non-exhaustive list below indicates the nature of the services offered by ZYLLOO CONSULT:

1. Project studies: The Office delivers project studies including , preliminary studies, prefeasibility studies and feasibility studies for any kind of project. The Office includes specialists in Analysis, Evaluation and Planning of Investment Projects as well as social projects.
2. Specific studies and sectoral studies: the Office also delivers specific studies in various sectors including the social sector with expertise  in the fields of health, education, environment, gender, etc.
3. Other consultancy services: Zylloo Consult is also a consulting firm and a business office. The Office delivers advices and facilitates in accessing business opportunities in the Democratic Republic of Congo in particular and in Central and Eastern Africa in general. The Office also provides useful information and effective support for the preparation of travels to the DRC and surrounding countries. Zylloo Consult is also an organizer of events such as forums for national and international meetings, social awareness campaigns and commercial promotion. Finally the Bureau also facilitates in supplying various products. It plays the inter-mediation between the producers and the applicants of the products.
4. Training and certification: Zylloo Consult is an authorized reseller of PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) training and certification services. The office provides PECB services in the DRC with training and certification of persons, management systems, and products for a wide range of international standards in multiple areas such as information security of IT, Business Continuity, Service Management, Quality Management Systems, Management & Risk, Health, Safety and Environment, etc.
